Event MCs have got to be the leader, even though these are not their people. They have to have a grasp of what the company’s all about, even though they may have never been in their offices. They have to entertain and at the same time avoid offending people. They’re steering somebody else’s ship and trying to keep everybody happy while they’re all looking at them, from the receptionist and the secretary to the CEO.

Above all, a corporate MC has to contribute something to the proceedings. Their presence has to make the whole thing better, because they are being paid for it and they don’t want the organisers and bosses thinking they would have been better off doing it themselves.

What Makes a Particular Corporate MC Right for Your Event?

To find the right corporate entertainer, you need to know exactly what you’re looking for, which of course as a company employee (or maybe you’re the boss yourself) you can do, no problem.
